I can't say enough good things about Sara when it comes to caring for your pet! She took care of our dog Fox at our place while he was still healing from cruciate ligament surgery, and we returned to find a super happy pup! Obie really enjoyed his time with Barry and Oleg. We got frequent updates and pictures that made us feel at ease about leaving him with folks we didn’t know. We’re looking forward to having Obie hang out with Barry and Oleg again. They’re fantastic sitters, super nice people, and really attentive.

Our Labradoodle Loki had an awesome experience with Jessica and her partner. They genuinely love dogs, and Loki seemed comfortable and at ease with them. From the pictures, it looks like she received plenty of cuddles and had a blast playing fetch. She came back home super chill and joyful. I couldn't be more satisfied with my time spent with Jessica. Five stars all the way. I’ll surely be back!

I had my little furball cared for by Melissa for the second time in 10 days, and she was fantastic once more! She sent me daily pics to keep me in the loop about Blue, which really eased my mind and let me enjoy my vacation. Melissa is surely a trustworthy person to take care of your pets.

As first-time users of a pet sitting service, we were truly impressed by Ashleigh. She’s got a ton of experience in fostering, puppy training, and the pet industry, and you can tell she really cares about animals. Our girl had a blast playing with her puppy Clark, and the picture and video updates showed just how much fun they were having. We’re completely confident she was treated like one of Ashleigh’s own pets during her stay. We’d recommend Ashleigh’s services to anyone without a second thought. Thanks a bunch!

Jen was absolutely fantastic in looking after our three beloved cats. She spent time with them, letting them play and roam outside. She provided video updates after each visit. Her calm and patient demeanor really helped to win over our timid Jaz. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We'll definitely be calling on Jen again down the line.

Ros and Gary really know their stuff when it comes to dogs. Nina was over the moon! They make fantastic dog sitters. These two are incredibly caring and have a wealth of knowledge. We arranged for someone to come by daily to take care of our two cats. They shared photos of our fur babies while we were gone, which really put our minds at ease. The whole experience was super simple and gave us a lot of comfort, and I’d definitely rely on them for pet care again down the line. The only minor downside was the PetCloud app on mobile; it felt a bit glitchy at times and wasn’t the easiest to navigate.

Hey there! Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Karen from Birkdale, who’s been with us for a whole year now, walking our two Labradors every single day, come rain or shine. She goes above and beyond in taking care of them. Not only does she ensure they have plenty of water, but after their walks, even in the rain, she makes sure to dry them off. It’s clear she genuinely cares for them like they’re her own, always putting their needs first. Thanks a ton, Karen! You’re truly a gem!

Mayumi Beppu is an outstanding cat sitter. In December 2020, she took care of our three cats for a week, visiting our home twice daily to feed them. But she didn’t just stick to the basics; she really connected with them, groomed and played with them, making sure they were happy and content. She even handled some cleaning, like getting rid of a dead cockroach! Each time she came by, she sent us photos and videos, which helped ease our minds since we hadn’t met her before and this was her first time looking after our cats. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch care for their feline friends. Mayumi is professional, responsible, and truly affectionate with cats, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to her again.

I was pretty nervous about leaving our two furry friends for the weekend, but Samantha turned out to be a super nice and comforting person who put me at ease right away. Bentley and Tilly took to her instantly. We’ll surely reach out again.

Right from the initial chat to when we picked up Kylo, you really can't expect better service from this crew. They made us feel right at home, and I’m sure Kylo was treated like family and enjoyed all the cozy comforts (maybe even a bit extra).

Five stars!! Kathy treated Hank like he was her own pet. She was great to work with and sent us daily updates with photos and videos of him. I can't recommend Kathy enough; she's truly amazing!

The service was just awful. The sitter caused damage to my home, and it took forever—literally months—along with countless phone calls just to get a tiny claim settled.
